There are many benefits for nominating organizations/leaders!
- Nominating organizations will be invited to the VIP Announcement Event (complimentary event). We will announce the finalists in each category and introduce the recipients of the Lifetime Achievement & 211 Broward Excellence Awards. This is always an exciting night!
- Nomination submissions will be reviewed by a panel of prestigious Judges. The Judges are community leaders from across the nation. This exposure has led to new partnerships in the past. Judges will not be revealed until the Announcement event.
Finalist & Winner Benefits
- Winners will receive a $1,000.00 grant! Our Award partners will present your organization with a $1,000.00 grant.
- Finalists will receive a $500.00 grant! Our Award partners will present your organization with a $500.00 grant.
- Both finalists and winners have connected with event partners in the past. This is a great opportunity for community exposure.
- The winners will be announced at the Annual Community Care Plan Non-Profit Awards Luncheon, presented by Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Non-profit/Government ticket and table rates are available.
- Winners will have an opportunity to accept their Award on stage at the luncheon and share a few words about their mission.
- Finalists will be included in our Awards BUZZ! Newsletter.
- Finalists will appear in all invite images leading up to the event (shared on social media platforms, e-blasts, press releases, and other sharing platforms) and will be listed on our website.
- Finalists will be featured in a special Awards category, BUZZ! Edition. This is great exposure for your organization.
- Finalists and winners will be invited to the complimentary, exclusive Community Care Plan Non-Profit Awards Celebration Event (invite-only). Checks will be presented at this time. This exclusive event is by invitation only. Partners, winners, finalists, Judges, and community leaders will be in attendance. This is an intimate gathering that attendees love! You have the opportunity to network with fellow nonprofits and event partners.
- Your organization will be included in our event press release. Kip Hunter Marketing has been highly successful in securing excellent coverage of this event.
- Winners will be announced and included in our Awards BUZZ!
- Winners may request a custom Awards winner seal/image to use on your marketing materials, social media, newsletter, etc.
Community Choice Award Winner Benefits
For those organizations not selected as a finalist, you are eligible to win the Community Choice Award (be sure to include your JPG/PNG logo with your nomination submission). Everyone has the chance to win an Award at this event!
Online voting will open soon after the finalists are announced. The organization with the most votes wins! Voters can vote daily (one time per day per device)

- The winner will be announced at the 15th Annual Community Care Plan Non-Profit Awards Luncheon, presented by Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
