1-844-MYFLVET (1-844-693-5838) is a toll-free number that veterans and their loved ones can call 24/7 for emotional support and information about community resources. You can dial 211 to reach MYFLVET as well.
Who answers the calls?
Many people answering the calls are your veteran peers. Veterans and family members who call for assistance receive information about community resources near their location. When you call, MYFLVET will connect you to a Veteran Peer Care Coordinator who helps veterans and their families navigate community and VA resources.
How much does it cost?
It doesn’t cost anything to call, and many of the organizations in the database have services available at no charge and sliding-scale.
How can you help me?
MYFLVET provides emotional support and connects you to services (VA and Non-VA) that may help you. These programs include emergency financial assistance, food, medical care, housing, counseling, legal, employment resources, and much more.
